Company Description

We are building the autonomous reconciliation layer for the CFO stack. Our platform automates financial reconciliation at the position level: matching invoices, deductions, credit notes, payments, and delivery data across multiple data sources to detect discrepancies, prevent revenue leakage, and produce audit-ready traceability for finance teams.

Our customers are enterprise finance and operations teams across the EU, Türkiye, and the UAE in logistics, automotive supply chain, payments, and retail. We work with controllers, CFOs, and IT directors of large enterprises where data correctness and audit traceability are non-negotiable. We are backed by top European and US venture capital. Our engineering team is led by an experienced CTO with a deep AI background, working alongside engineers in Germany and Spain.

Role Description

We're building out our presence in Turkey and looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to own the market. Donnerstag.ai automates financial reconciliation for large enterprises — replacing the manual, error-prone processes that finance teams rely on every month-end. It's a real problem, and we've built a real solution.

The role covers the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, stakeholder navigation across finance and IT, technical discovery with ERP teams, and closing. You'll work with CFOs, controllers, and finance transformation leaders at large Turkish corporates and conglomerates.

We're looking for someone with at 3-5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in Turkey, ideally in ERP, fintech, or finance software. An established local network matters. Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.

This is a ground-floor opportunity in a new market — real ownership, real upside, and a short path to leadership as we grow.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Software Sales and a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities for new business
  • 3-5 Years experience selling in to enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in Sales and Consultative Selling techniques to provide tailored, value-driven solutions (MEDDICC, Challenger Selling etc)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in enterprise finance software or related fields is a plus
  • Travel 30%+
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
