Seeking a Senior ML Performance Engineer to lead our expert team in advancing compression technology through AI. The senior engineer will oversee our codec's adaptation from GPU systems to mobile and mid-range platforms. The position requires in-depth knowledge of optimization for neural networks, high-performance entropy coding algorithms, and guiding research to deployment.


  • Mentor a team in adapting ML research algorithms to edge devices, focusing on smartphones.
  • Oversee performance analysis and optimization of algorithms.
  • Guide the team in implementing entropy coding algorithms across hardware architectures.
  • Employ cutting-edge techniques in neural network optimization.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with teams to ensure the smooth execution of implementation projects.

Must have:

  • Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in C++ and optimization techniques.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance optimization, with leadership experience.
