At DasLab, we continue to develop an emerging product line to improve prevention and monitoring for our customers in the DACH region, i.e. public and private insurers, healthcare providers as well as medical laboratories. We consider healthcare consumers and clinicians as our product users.

We are looking for a Product professional to lead our prevention and monitoring product suite in the DACH region.
You will be expected to:

• Be (or become) an expert in the market and domain of laboratory testing and digital medical infrastructure in the DACH region. You will understand the market dynamics, the evolving regulations, the competitive landscape, and the core drivers of the stakeholders to better develop and position DasLab to succeed.
• Formulate the product strategy for DasLab’s product offering, maximising the potential of our prevention and monitoring offering, and exploring additional product discovery workstreams. You will also collaborate with Business Development to identify and validate new use cases for our diagnostics offering.
• Own continuous delivery and improvement of existing products. You will own the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our prevention and monitoring products. You will define and communicate your product roadmap at least quarterly.
• Oversee continuous research operations to keep the product offering innovative, relevant and state-of-art, incl. the exploration of new product opportunities and to prototype them from scratch.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for Business Development and Leadership Team. In this set-up, you will work on understanding market opportunities, creating and validating customer journeys, and crafting valuable, viable solutions for our stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Customer Success and Partnerships Team to ensure client feedback is incorporated.
• Inspire and engage the whole business with your vision and passion for the transformative effect of healthcare and DasLab’s role in enabling that transformation.
• Guide the cross-functional squad by owning the OKR process. You will plan, monitor and execute the OKR process accordingly, and iterate on the process to improve it continuously.

Success as a Product Manager at DasLab will be measured against organisation, squad, and individual OKRs. These will include on-time delivery of the product roadmap, delighted customers and users, as well as a product offering that is compliant to local and EU regulations.

We are looking for an experienced Product expert who will bring energy and clarity. You should have a proven track record and a perpetual interest in creating products from scratch, and from improving existing products, that have a positive social impact.

• You must be comfortable to work with abstractions or details, shifting from strategic planning to execution modes effortlessly.
• You should have a strong knowledge of the German healthcare landscape, regulations and economies. This also comes with full Business fluency in German.
• You will manage and organise stakeholders with grace and good humour, collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, and adapt your methods to effectively communicate and influence your audience.
• You are the ideal candidate if you are comfortable taking the lead in generating product strategies, iterating for the leanest solution, and continuously innovating for the best results.
• You should have experience in multiple roles and be proficient in agile principles and solutions, working within OKR frameworks, and experimenting with new approaches.
• Prioritising clarity, building relationships, and levelling up the team's results are important to us. Also, you should have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and German.
• Last, but not least, you should be passionate about data, health, and digital solutions, and have a strong background in medtech/healthtech, as well as a desire to continue building great products and delivering value to customers.
