We are searching for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop and support marketing programs for Curve Pay. This role is responsible for working with issuing banks and other strategic partners to drive consumer awareness, education, adoption and use of Curve Pay. The role is based in London and is part of our EMEA team.

The successful candidate will combine an understanding of the market, customer and partner needs to develop and execute go to market strategies and tactics that are compelling, engaging and drive impact. We're seeking a data driven and customer obsessed individual with a background in startups, scaleups, or high-growth environments.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing our Partnerships: Manage partner banks’ marketing relationships to drive consumer adoption and use of Curve Pay. Manage multiple and varied challenges at the same time, including reacting to short-term opportunities that can unlock growth, and changes in partner engagement or conflicting priorities.
  • Building and executing GTM: In partnership with the Growth team, craft and execute GTM activities, ensuring the expected impact is achieved and learnings are incorporated into future activity.
  • Influencing and Collaborating: Work closely with external (Bank partners) and internal (product teams, designers, and developers) stakeholders to plan, prioritise, develop and execute activity that will drive Curve Pay awareness and adoption.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies and tactics. Partner with product management to understand the product strategy, market fit and how to position against competitive offerings.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels, such that it is also aligned with the entire customer journey.
  • Tracking Performance: Monitor, analyse and share the performance of marketing initiatives through the partnerships channels using data to drive continuous improvement. Rapidly experiment with new ideas to optimise marketing initiatives.
  • Leveraging Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer experience data to generate a deep understanding of customer behaviour and actionable insights about users and prospects to inform strategic decisions and guide product development.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent critical thinking skills: a demonstrated ability to make clear, reasoned judgements based on interpreting, analysing, understanding, applying and synthesising complex data and insights.
  • Exemplary communication skills: the ability to inspire and influence through concise, impactful written and verbal communications.
  • A relentless focus on execution: a drive to constantly optimise and improve, combined with a constant focus on customer experience in order to deliver extraordinary results.
  • High standards and intensity of work: a driven and committed individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • A growth mindset and willingness to challenge, learn and adapt.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, and additional languages, especially French, German or Italian are desirable.
  • Expertise building business cases around market opportunities and partnerships - including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in relationship management of partner marketing teams to deliver results and impact, ideally in a global setting.
  • Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various teams.
  • Experience delivering effective customer acquisition campaigns in a direct to consumer environment, ideally within financial services.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Be aware of market dynamics and the regulatory environment affecting payments and impact on customer experience and behaviour.
  • A background in marketing, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
