What Are We Looking For
Autonomous Working Style: You are someone who grasps new topics and processes quickly, takes initiative, and can work independently to drive results.
Structured and Organized: You have the ability to work in a structured manner, keeping track of and documenting progress efficiently. Familiarity with project management software, as well as proficiency in Excel and Word, is essential.
Effective Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are polished, allowing you to formulate professional emails and texts. You're comfortable using various channels to keep track of customer messages, swiftly responding to inquiries, and effectively ticketing customer requests.
Good Analytical Skills: You can reconcile financial data across different sources, utilizing automated tools but also performing manual comparisons when necessary. Your analysis reports are clear, well-written, and you're adept at explaining and documenting issues for the development team.
Goal-Oriented: Your focus is on pushing for fast results, with a strong emphasis on achieving set goals.
Process Improvement: You understand the onboarding process thoroughly, can lead this process, and are always looking for ways to improve it for a smoother user experience.
What Will You Do?
Data Management:
Assist in reconciling financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Perform data integrity tests to validate the accuracy of financial and operational data.
Documentation and Communication:
Prepare and present clear analysis reports highlighting on-chain data reconciliation and testing findings, thanks to sources including indexers, partner data sources, and block explorers like etherscan.io and polygonscan.com,
Document all internal and external customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our internal CRM system accurately.
Communicate customer needs and requests to the relevant teams, creating detailed tickets for issues requiring technical support.
Project and Relationship Management:
Manage and prioritize projects effectively, keeping track of deadlines and deliverables.
Take an important role in the onboarding process for new users, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement.
