What are we looking for
You have at least 1 year of experience in fast-paced environments, like consulting, a strategy-related role at a tech company or an operating role in a fast-growing start-up
You are a strong problem solver, are able to break down complex problems quickly, and like analytical and conceptual tasks
You are happy to get your hands dirty with operational tasks if needed to move the company forward
You operate with a high-level of proactivity, ownership and a get-stuff-done mentality
You have honed your verbal and written communication skills by regularly interacting with a broad range of stakeholders
Basic knowledge and interest in crypto, web3, DAO and blockchain ecosystems
What will you do?
Lead high impact projects across all functions of the business (e.g. finance, business development, marketing)
Enable and track effective execution of the company’s priorities and goals
Define and steer central business operations processes
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and develop perspectives on internal and external issues to assist in the alignment of priorities and accelerate decision-making
Support daily business in the CEO Office, e.g. by preparing presentations, board meetings or executive off sites
This position is a central role with the opportunity to move to a leadership role.
