ABOUT THE ROLE

France is the 2nd biggest market of CoachHub and we are looking for an Apprentice Marketing Manager to support the region’s business growth!

As a member of the Marketing Team, your objectives will be to:

• Conduct high quality events, both hosted and external, online and offline to engage with our clients & prospects in France and generate new business opportunities.

• Foster and increase CoachHub’s brand reputation through PR actions and social media activities

• Generate marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue

You will be managed by the Marketing Team Leader for France

The position is for an initial 12 months with the potential to extend to full time afterward.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will support the organization of top-level events such as trade shows, HR conventions and CoachHub-hosted events, including our annual FR CoachHub Summit in October 2023 with 200 people.

• You will be working directly with our clients and prospects to invite them to our events, prepare potential speaking engagements with them for our conferences and webinars, host them, and follow up with them to measure the impact of our initiatives.

• You will support the online marketing campaigns’ planning and execution, including localisation of global content, identification of preferred communication channels, social media & PR management, preparation of webinars, data reporting…

• You will support client marketing initiatives including video recordings, communication partnerships, keynotes preparation and content creation for the local markets, developing a comprehensive understanding of the B2B HR market in France.

• You will help coordinate with the French Sales and Client Success Teams to brief and prepare marketing activities and make sure the opportunities generated are followed-up on

• You will report on all your activities to constantly monitor their impact on lead generation and revenue

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a native French speaker, who is 100% fluent in English (mandatory, as it’s the work environment language)

• You have a 1st successful marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment

• Experience with event management is a big plus

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you’ll prepare and conduct several presentations that you’ll own

• You have a data-driven mindset making sure no digit escapes your surveillance

• You have a good understanding of FR media and you are comfortable with LinkedIn

• You value working in a team (both regionally and globally), being proactive and enjoy working independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• You have a warm & friendly heart and analytical & data driven head.
