Customer Success Manager France - Maternity Cover approx. 8 months

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager for our Customer Success Team for the French market - at CoachHub you will play a key role as brand ambassador you will represent our mission of professional coaching for everyone. How?
- by building and developing long-term customer relationships through strategic planning and trustworthy cooperation;
- by developing retention strategies thanks to a good comprehension of customers goals and stakes by assessing customer goals and delivering against them;
- by consulting on our digital coaching concept and how it fits into a long-term L&D eco-system, leadership development and/or transformation business initiatives;
- by nurturing and promoting organizational growth through strong product adoption and education;
- through relational Management, being the internal customer ambassador to lobby product feedback, needs and escalations;
- by performing Strategic Business Reviews to ensure our customers are adopting, using and gaining value from our solutions;
- by owning the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, and renewal.
Your Profile
- you have relevant experience in a similar role: Customer Success, Account Management, digital consultancy, project management in a fast-paced environment;
- you are familiar with HR, Learning & Development or Coaching industries;
- you have successful experiences managing customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction;
- you can establish credibility, present, and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization;
- you demonstrate agility skills and working with collaborative tools is something natural for you (G-Suite, Monday, Salesforce, …);
- you show great flexibility and adaptability: having worked in a start-up or scale-up before might be a plus;
- you have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills;
- you know how to efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks;
- you have a healthy balance between tenacity and humility;
- you are fluent both in English & French;
- you are based in Paris
