As a Customer Success Manager at CoachHub you will play a key role as brand ambassador. You will be responsible to retain, delight and grow a portfolio of clients by relentlessly showing the value of our solution. You will be a great fit for the role if you have relevant experience in a client facing role, working directly with large enterprise customers in a consultative way; this could be a background in customer success, consulting, sales or similar. Tech industry experience is a plus.
Tasks and responsibilities
Owning the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption alongside your sales representative;
Building and developing long-term customer relationships through strategic planning and trustworthy cooperation;
Developing retention and licence activation strategies thanks to a good understanding of customers goals and stakes, and delivering against them;
Consulting on our digital coaching solution and how it fits into a long-term L&D eco-system, leadership development and/or transformation business initiatives;
Nurturing and promoting organisational growth through strong product adoption and education;
Relational Management, being the internal customer ambassador to lobby product feedback, needs and escalations;
Performing Strategic Business Reviews to ensure our customers are adopting, using and perceiving value from our solution.
Your profile

You have relevant experience in a client facing role, working directly with large enterprise customers in a consultative way;
This could be a background in customer success, consulting, sales or similar. Tech industry experience is a plus
You can establish credibility, present, and communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation;
You know how to leverage data for meaningful decision making and have strong business acumen;
You are an excellent strategic, curious and creative thinker and and thrive at solving problems with innovative and practical solutions;
You are ambitious, have a strong growth mentality and are constantly willing to develop new skills;
You show flexibility and adaptability: having worked in a start-up or scale-up before might be a plus;
You are a team player, helping others succeed and grow;
You know how to autonomously manage your time and prioritise tasks;
You have a healthy balance between tenacity and humility;
You are professionally proficient both in English & Dutch;
