Ready to help shape the employee experience at a leading global company? We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Internal Communications Working Student to join our People & Culture team in Berlin.

You'll play a key role in keeping our employees informed and engaged, and gain valuable skills in communication, knowledge management, and more!

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: You'll help create engaging content for all sorts of channels, like Slack, articles, emails, presentations, and even videos. Time to unleash your creativity!

• Project Management: Get a behind-the-scenes look at how we manage People & Culture projects on a global scale! You’ll support the team with various tasks, from planning and organization to communication and reporting.

• Town Hall Support: You'll be part of the team that makes our monthly all-company meetings run smoothly. Think logistics, prepping content, and making sure everyone knows what's happening.

• Newsletter Creation: You'll help create and send out awesome internal newsletters. Think brainstorming cool topics, writing engaging articles, and making it all look amazing.

• Knowledge Management: You'll be our knowledge champion, making sure all our important info is easy to find and up-to-date. That means organizing wikis, intranet pages, and shared drives.

• Collaboration: You'll work with different teams to gather info and make sure everyone's on the same page.

• And, of course, you'll be ready to jump in and help out with other tasks as needed. We're a fast-paced team, and every day brings something new!

Qualifications

• You're currently working towards your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, Journalism or something similar. We're excited about your fresh perspective!

• You're a strong communicator in English (written and spoken). Bonus points if you also speak German and/or French!

• You have a keen eye for detail and can proofread and edit content like a pro. No typos getting past you!

• You're comfortable navigating Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Slack. These are our daily tools!

• Experience with content management systems and/or graphic design tools? That's a definite plus!

• You can work independently, but also thrive as part of a team. We value both individual initiative and collaborative spirit.

• You're organized and know how to manage your time effectively. Juggling studies and work is no easy feat!

• You have a positive and proactive attitude and are eager to learn. We love curiosity and a can-do spirit!

• A passion for communication and interest in the HR tech industry? Tell us about it - we're all ears!
