About the Job

We are now looking for an ambitious Working Student Finance Systems (m/f/d) to support our finance processes taking place in our recently implemented Finance System Workday, and in particular our daily ERP maintenance process.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior team members across teams (Finance, RevOps, Sales) and be part of a growing company that values and rewards hard work, creativity, and initiative. Your responsibilities will include

• You will review our ticketing system on a daily basis and provide the Finance team with possible solutions in Workday

• You will support the project management team with the optimization of the order to cash process and the configuration of an automated integration between Salesforce and Workday

• You will also work with other Sales, RevOps and Finance team members to streamline related processes and procedures

• You will support the Finance System Manager on improving our Finance and Accounting system capabilities and harmonizing processes across CoachHub Group

Our requirements

• You are pursuing an academic degree in Accounting or a comparable education/qualification

• You are familiar with Finance ERP systems systems and the invoicing process

• You have a very strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Knowledge in MS Office and Google Docs

• You are fluent in English, German and French are a plus

• Knowledge in Workday Financials & Salesforce is a plus

• You have a good track record of working collaboratively and successfully in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment, bonus if you have experience in fast-paced/scaling organizations or Start-ups before
