The Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive working student (m/f/d) for our Berlin office. As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will report into the Team Lead FP&A to support analytical work, helping to draw insights from the numbers and reports. The roles involves a variety of data gathering, analysis, and some cash & treasury tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management and investor reporting as well as financial planning processes

• Supporting the team in recurring activities (e.g. analyzing key financial and operational KPIs) as well as ad-hoc data gathering and analysis for internal and external stakeholders

• Participating in projects to optimize our finance and controlling processes

• Maintaining internal financial tools

• Supporting the team in treasury tasks such as cash management and forecasting

Skills & Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g. finance, business administration) with strong academic achievements

• Collaboration and ability to quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analysis and analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from numbers.

• Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn

• Experience using Excel and Google Docs Suite skills

• Fluent in English

Nice to haves:

• Other languages such as German are a plus

• You've previously worked in an international company

• Relevant prior work experience from internship, student jobs, or extracurricular activities are a plus
