Vision and Mission

We are expanding our team! We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various marketing processes, managing tools and technology stack, ensuring GDPR compliance, and driving efficiency in lead generation and campaign execution. The Marketing Ops Manager will play a crucial role in improving overall marketing effectiveness through streamlined workflows, documentation, and automation. You will be at the crossroads of 2 teams: RevOps and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure seamless importation of leads into our CRM

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any errors in campaign execution.

Lead management & Marketing attribution

  • Understanding of whole sales funnel from lead to deal, ability to follow up on every step and to troubleshoot when needed

  • Ability to analyze performance and recommend improvements based on strong understanding of marketing attribution modeling

Enablement

  • Document and maintain detailed processes related to marketing operations.

  • Conduct workshops and create guides to facilitate understanding and adherence to processes.

  • Conduct regular Q&A sessions to address queries and ensure process comprehension.

General Operations

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack for maximum efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations in all tools and processes.

  • Track and manage the marketing budget effectively.

Automation and Optimization:

  • Build and implement marketing automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Maintain and optimize forms for lead generation.

  • Conduct regular lists cleanup to ensure data accuracy.

Landing Page Improvements:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to improve the design and functionality of landing pages.

  • Integrate GDPR features into landing pages for compliance.

MQL Scoring:

  • Develop and refine Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) scoring models.

  • Implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years minimum of experience in Marketing Ops

  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, CRM systems, and automation tools.

  • Experience and proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce

  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in budget tracking and reporting.

  • Ability to lead workshops, create guides, and conduct Q&A sessions.
