Product Marketing Manager @Coachhub

Vision and Mission

We are expanding our team! We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to create a product marketing strategy for CoachHub. Your work will be an integral part of our company's growth and success. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing. You will be at the crossroads of 4 teams: Sales, Sales Enablement, Product & Marketing.

About the Job

Product Marketing Strategy

  • Translating product functionality and technical details into user benefit and value to convey our positioning and messaging

  • Improve our buyer personas to ensure we communicate with the right way, through the right channels

  • Create powerful product value propositions, based on B2B customer segmentation, competitive data, market trends and insight from product & sales teams

  • Identify our USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) and make sure they stand out throughout all our content and are adopted by our sales organization.

  • Create go-to-market strategies for our new products: build plans that create impact & support product adoption and retention, leveraging all relevant channels in collaboration with the Product team, Marketing team & Coaching Lab

  • Support with analyst relations

  • Lead our product communication with clients through our quarterly newsletter and more

Content Production

  • Develop content that articulates the benefits of our products:

  • Website content: in collaboration with our SEO team, guarantee that the content on our website reflects our market positioning

  • Sales documentation: in collaboration with sales enablement & design teams, create content to support our sales team to acquire new clients or grow existing ones

  • Content marketing: from product videos to emails, event activations, media campaigns… make sure our value proposition is visible and clearly communicated in everything we create

  • Contribute to lead generation campaigns with Bottom of Funnel content and presentation"

  • Important: copywriting & copy review is an essential part of the mission. You need to love copywriting and excel at it.

Your Profile

  • 4 years minimum of experience in B2B Product Marketing

  • Proven marketing skills and mastery of value proposition creation

  • A previous experience in the HR / L&D field is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) - any other language is a plus

  • Comfortable in a global, hyper-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Desire and ability to navigate in an unstructured environment where processes are still being built

  • Strong cross-functional collaborative skills, ability to convince and influence stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills
