ABOUT THE ROLE

CoachHub is looking for a Marketing Manager Internship to join the Regional team in France, located in Paris. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to our growth in the second largest market of CoachHub.

The successful candidate will be collaborating closely with our Revenue teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development, to generate business opportunities throughout France.

This role involves strategic engagement with the Brand & Digital Marketing teams on initiatives like SEO, website optimization, advertising, social media, and public relations efforts with the objective of building CoachHub's brand presence and directly influencing our marketing-generated revenue streams.

Guidance will be provided by the Marketing Team Leader for France, ensuring a path toward professional development and meaningful contribution to our company’s success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comprehensive Project Engagement: You will manage marketing projects from their inception to completion, beginning with guided planning and evolving to independent project leadership.
  

• Event Strategy Execution: You will play a critical role in the planning and execution of premier events, including trade shows and HR conventions, facilitating engaging interactions with our clientele and prospects within France.
  

• Client and Prospect Interaction: You will directly engage with clients and prospects to organize and conduct speaking engagements, manage hosting responsibilities at events, and conduct follow-ups to assess the impact of our initiatives.
  

• Marketing Campaigns Development: You will oversee the planning and implementation of online marketing campaigns, including the localization of global content, selection of optimal communication channels, and execution of social media strategies, PR activities, and webinars, complemented by thorough data analysis.
  

• Localization and Adaptation: You will translate and customize web content and marketing materials for the French market, ensuring our messaging is culturally resonant and market-appropriate.
  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will coordinate with Sales and Client Success teams to brief and prepare for marketing activities, ensuring seamless follow-up on generated opportunities.

• Performance Reporting: You will diligently report on activities, employing a data-driven approach to evaluate their impact on lead generation and revenue enhancement.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a native French speaker, who is 100% fluent in English (mandatory, as it’s the work environment language and translations are common)

• You have a 1st successful marketing experience. B2B experience is a big plus

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you’ll prepare and conduct several presentations that you’ll own

• You have strong interpersonal skills that will be crucial for interacting with all of the other teams in Paris.

• You have a data-driven mindset making sure no digit escapes your surveillance

• You value working in a team (both regionally and globally), being proactive and enjoy working independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• You have a warm & friendly heart and analytical & data driven head.
