Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the use of our platform
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our services and policies
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to other teams for further assistance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and policies to effectively assist customers
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and suggest improvements to the app and customer service process
- Work closely with our development team to report and track bugs
