We’re on the hunt for someone experienced and passionate to join us as a City Launch Manager in Warsaw. You’ll be the face of our brand as we expand into this new market, building relationships with local fleet operators and helping us establish a strong presence. If you’ve got experience with Uber, Bolt, FreeNow, or a strong network in the industry, this could be the perfect gig for you!

Your key responsibilities:

• Partnership Building: Connecting with local fleet operators, drivers, and other key players in the industry.
• Market Strategy: Helping us understand the local market, and tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs of Warsaw.
• Expansion Leadership: As we grow, there’s potential for this role to evolve into a Country Manager position. If you’ve got the drive, we’ve got the opportunity!

• Experience: 2+ years in the ridesharing industry, ideally with Uber, Bolt, FreeNow, or similar. Bonus points if you’ve got a solid network of contacts with local fleet operators.
• People Skills: You’re a natural at building relationships and can communicate effectively in both Polish and English.
