Your mission
As CRM Manager for the Bliq mobile apps, you will be in charge of enhancing user engagement and satisfaction for both drivers and passengers. You will create and execute data-driven CRM strategies that drive user retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction. By leveraging insights and collaborating with various teams, you will ensure a seamless and delightful user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances user engagement and retention.
  • Design, implement, and optimize targeted push notifications, in-app messages, and email campaigns to drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze user data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and inform marketing and product development decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and data analytics to ensure a cohesive and effective CRM approach.
  • Conduct A/B tests to continually refine and improve campaign performance and user experiences.
  • Create and manage automated customer journey flows and onboarding funnels to support our business metrics and growth objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our CRM practices.
  • Champion our CRM tools and ensure they are used effectively across the organization.

We are seeking candidates with:
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager for a mobile app or a similar role, focusing on in-app/push notifications and emails.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and mobile CRM systems such as Braze or CleverTap to build funnels, CRM flows, and other customer engagement mechanisms.
  • Ability to craft and design emails, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably, experience working in a startup environment.
