Your mission
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances user engagement and retention.
- Design, implement, and optimize targeted push notifications, in-app messages, and email campaigns to drive user engagement and conversions.
- Analyze user data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and inform marketing and product development decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and data analytics to ensure a cohesive and effective CRM approach.
- Conduct A/B tests to continually refine and improve campaign performance and user experiences.
- Create and manage automated customer journey flows and onboarding funnels to support our business metrics and growth objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our CRM practices.
- Champion our CRM tools and ensure they are used effectively across the organization.
