Your mission
Dive into the dynamic world of CRM to deliver top-notch content tailored to customers' preferences, behaviours, and needs. Your role is to execute multi-language campaigns aimed at enhancing customer retention and boosting product adoption. Working in a data-driven envinroment with a small group of experts, this position presents ample opportunities for acquiring next-level knowledge and skills in CRM.
What you’ll do
- Work with our CRM and product marketing managers and with regional market teams to execute multi-language campaigns on a wide range of channels like email, push notifications, in-app messages and more.
- Use third-party tools like Braze, Stripo and other marketing automation software, as well as in-house built tools.
- Work with in-house experts in other teams such as analytics, content, design, growth, performance, social, product, UI/UX and video.
- Proactively suggest ideas and improvements to our ad-hoc campaigns.
Who you are
- Experience in a similar role at a company with a primarily online/mobile B2C audience (at a fintech or financial company is a plus).
- Strategic thinker with a creative and customer-focused mindset, a get-it-done attitude, and a clear eye for details.
- Fast learner, strong team player and collaborator who embraces working in a diverse team environment in a fast-growing scaleup.
- Excellent command of English and preferably German (other languages are also a plus).
- Knowledge of Braze or similar multi-channel customer engagement platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word), is a plus.
