In this role, you will leverage your expertise to streamline our HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and drive our talent strategy to new heights.

In this role, you will collaborate on various projects with your People Business Partner, engaging with individuals across our Revenue and Marketing Business Units in the US, APAC, and Europe. As a strategic advisor to senior leaders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, ensuring this position remains dynamic and fulfilling.

Your Impact

You will make an impact that matters by:

    • Collaborative Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with People Business Partners (PBPs) and employees, providing support on various projects.
    • Talent Acquisition: Support the TA team and be responsible for end to end recruitment process of selected roles.
    • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist new hires with organizational onboarding and support departing employees through the offboarding process.
    • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve general employee issues, maintaining strict confidentiality with employee records and business information.
    • Payroll Coordination: Liaise between Finance and external payroll administrators.
    • Culture and Inclusion: Support the advancement of our culture, diversity, and inclusion goals. championing company values and boosting morale.
    • Office Management: oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and organized work environment. Your role will involve managing supplies, coordinating with building management, and supporting administrative tasks to foster a productive and positive workplace culture.
    • Event Planning: Assist with planning and organizing company events such as holiday parties, off-site meetings, happy hours, and annual events.
    • Employee Support: Provide day-to-day care for office employees, support team travel arrangements, and assist with relocation and visa processes.
    • Data Management: Maintain employee files and ensure data quality across various People tools.
    Insight Analysis: Use your passion for data to run reports, gather insights and recommend solutions, using our HR Tool stack (Lattice, BambooHR, Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Learning, Gusto, Confluence etc).

  • HR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing employee data and processes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing organizational needs.
  • Employee Advocacy: Strong commitment to employee well-being and engagement, serving as a trusted advisor and support system.
