As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our growth, acting as a strategic partner to our leadership team. You’ll be a brand ambassador, helping us scale our great team across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract top-tier international talent while maintaining a candidate experience that is transparent, fast, and human-centric.
About the Role:
Lead the full recruitment cycle for business critical roles from junior to leadership level, from initial briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
Act as a consultant to hiring managers to define profiles, refine scorecards, and navigate the competitive fintech talent market.
Use creative methods and advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talent who align with our mission.
Ensure every candidate feels valued and informed throughout their journey, acting as the face of Billie’s culture.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring funnel and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to elevate Billie’s employer brand through events, social media, and networking.
Support the team on office management related topics and internal events.
Conduct Exit Interviews and New Joiner Check -Ins.
What You Bring to the Team:
2-3 years experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced fintech or high-growth tech environment.
A proven track record of hiring complex roles and a deep understanding of the Berlin and international talent markets.
A people-centric mindset with a high degree of empathy, balanced with a business-owner perspective that values both speed and quality.
Exceptional communication skills in English; you are persuasive, authentic, and able to build trust with stakeholders across all levels. German is a big plus.
Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (such as Ashby or Greenhouse ) and a "sourcing first" mindset.
