As our Intern/Working Student in the people team with focus on Talent Acquisition, you will be an essential support engine behind our growth. You’ll be a brand ambassador, helping us scale our great team across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations. You will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract top-tier international talent while maintaining a candidate experience that is transparent, fast, and human-centric.

About the Role:

• Support the full recruitment cycle for business-critical roles, assisting Senior Specialists with everything from initial sourcing and scheduling to candidate communication.

• Assist Hiring Managers and Recruiters to help define profiles and maintain organized pipelines within the competitive talent market.

• Use creative methods and advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage with passive.

• Ensure every candidate feels valued and informed throughout their journey, acting as a primary point of contact and the face of Billie’s culture.

• Maintain recruitment metrics and ATS data integrity to help the team optimize our hiring funnel and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to elevate Billie’s employer brand through events, social media content, etc.

• Support the team on office management related topics and internal events.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Current enrolment in a University Degree (Psychology, Business, HR, or similar) - (for a working student role) - with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or People Operations.

• First experience as a working student or intern in a similar field.

• A "Sourcing First" mindset and a natural curiosity for identifying top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern platforms.

• A people centric focus with a high degree of empathy, balanced with a proactive "can-do" attitude that values both speed and quality.

• Exceptional communication skills in English. German is a big plus.

• Tech savviness and the ability to quickly learn modern ATS platforms (such as Ashby) to keep our processes running smoothly.
