What to expect during your internship
Your mission for this role is to increase the number of (inbound) leads in strong collaboration with our co-founder Robin. You work with us on various growth experiments per month, drive our content marketing activities, and automate as much as possible of the activities throughout our marketing processes.
We have landed the first customers with whom were closely developing our product. We move with urgency and focus on creating an experience that feels natural and intuitive
We run several sales and marketing experiments per month to test, iterate, and double down on what works
We’re a tight knight team and empower each other to become better every day in our roles
Your areas of ownership
You drive different marketing experiments with full ownership from start to finish (eg. new type of content marketing on LinkedIn)
You ideate, execute and iterate on our growth experiments that we're running every month (eg. an offline marketing campaign)
You set-up and optimize growth-related processes to further accelerate our traction
You perform strategic analysis to guide Kwest’s demand generation initiatives
Whom we are looking for
You have a strong track record of successfully completing challenging projects (e.g. from previous internships, extracurricular activities, sports, etc.)
You have relevant marketing experience in fast-paced work environments, best if you’ve already gained experience in a startup before
You are a very process-driven and structured person and you communicate effectively
You’re scrappy and you love to use no-code tools or ChatGPT4 to improve your work
You hold a university degree or are in the final stages of completing your degree
You are available to do work in this role for a minimum of at least 3 months in Berlin
Who you will work with
You will mostly work together with our founders and in particular with Robin who is responsible for everything Go-To-Market at Kwest
You are joining a highly driven team whose members worked in several other software companies before
