🔹 Sales Development Representative (SDR) 🔹

About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative at autone, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and helping to build a robust pipeline for our sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for autone's AI-driven inventory solutions.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet our target customer profile and are ready to be passed on to the sales team.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the effectiveness of outreach efforts and customer feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with a start-up company
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn about AI and Machine Learning applications in the retail industry.
