This is not a role for someone who simply “manages calendar invites”. We’re looking for someone who takes full ownership of the candidate journey, brings structure to a dynamic environment, and is passionate about ensuring a hiring process that’s as innovative and as cutting-edge as our technology.
To join our team, you should be excited to:
- Take ownership of end-to-end interview scheduling (across both technical and business domain), while confidently managing a high volume of interviews
- Be the primary point of contact for our candidates. You’ll ensure they receive the best experience – no matter the hiring outcome
- Own and optimize our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and eliminating bottlenecks from the hiring funnel
- Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring teams to coordinate interviews - both online and onsite - and keep everything running smooth
Your Profile
- You’ve gained experience in a high-growth startup or another fast-paced environment and you know how to bring structure to complexity. You don’t just navigate chaos - you help organize and improve it
- You understand that in a fast-growing company, small details can impact our employer brand
- You are comfortable working with Greenhouse (or similar ATS). You know how to leverage tools to automate the "boring stuff"
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English (German is a strong plus) and you’re able to connect with people across all levels - from junior team members to senior leadership
- You’re proactive and solution-oriented. When something isn’t working, you don’t wait - you take initiative and look for ways to improve it
Please note that this position is based in either Berlin or Munich.
