About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Network & Communication Engineer to lead the design and optimization of communication systems across our robotics platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance communication between ECUs, working closely with cross-functional teams across systems, hardware, and software engineering.
You will play a critical role in defining communication architectures and supporting system integration throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize in-system communication networks (e.g., CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet) for robust ECU communication.
- Define and review communication architectures, signal mappings, and data flows based on hardware and software requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and EE architecture teams to ensure seamless integration and interface alignment.
- Drive implementation of secure communication protocols (e.g., SecOC, End-to-End protection) in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
- Ensure communication systems meet performance, scalability, cost, and reliability targets.
- Validate compliance with relevant standards and best practices (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 where applicable).
- Support system integration and testing teams in troubleshooting and resolving communication issues.
- Contribute to system-level architecture decisions and continuous improvement of communication strategies.
To Join Our Team, You Should Be Excited To
- Communication architectures for advanced robotics systems
