Are you looking for an exciting, fast-paced role that has a real impact on corporate sustainability?

The European sustainability market is experiencing rapid growth, supported by major EU regulatory tailwinds (CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy) as well as real pressure from clients, employees and investors for businesses to be more sustainable.

Having recently completed a large fundraise, Apiday is entering its next phase of rapid growth as the leading next-gen sustainability software platform, and is looking for highly-motivated and talented partnerships team member to drive partnerships across Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Execute the our partnerships long-term strategy
  • Drive strategic partnership initiatives, quarterly objectives and key results and align the new and existing business squads to work together and deliver the highest added value to our clients and strategic partners
  • Deliver quarterly quotas and support company sales and other strategic objectives
  • Nurture leads and opportunities with our AEs and KAMs
  • Work closely with your peers in the revenue teams (Marketing and Sales) and the Operations team
  • Own the communication of the Partnership team and develop our market reputation
  • Occasionally attend conferences across Europe
  • Provide market feedback to the product team to continually advance our platform

The role reports to Brennan, CRO.

Preferred experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience delivering Tech Partnerships and/or Consulting or Solution Partners within a SaaS business
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Outstanding capacity to communicate with other teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong analytical and operational skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with a preference for one other European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Scandinavian language). French is a plus but not essential.
  • Are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, are straight to the point and looking for a dynamic environment where things move fast
  • You are passionate about your field of expertise, want to take on responsibilities and have an interest in sustainability

  2. 30-45 min deep dive on your experience with Brennan, CRO, with time to answer more of your questions
  3. Case study (45 min)
  4. In-person meeting at the office with co-founders and wider team
