As an HR Coordinator Intern at CMT, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced HR team and engineering groups who will provide mentorship and guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and posting descriptions on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms along with other engaging and shareable content
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
• Update and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files and responding to candidate inquiries
• Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Complete any additional tasks that arise

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hungarian
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required
• Passion for learning and growing in the field of human resources
• Work from the office twice a week
