Your Role

As AI Customer Success Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption, expansion, and long-term value realization of Alinia’s platform within our strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll work at the intersection of compliance, AI innovation, and enterprise transformation — helping some of World’s largest financial institutions deploy trustworthy AI at scale.
This is a high-impact, externally facing role for someone who thrives on complexity, knows how to navigate multi-stakeholder corporate environments, and can translate business needs into actionable technical and regulatory solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Drive post-sales success and growth within key enterprise clients (starting with Santander Group), driving adoption, satisfaction, and multi-year renewals and expansions.
  • Expansion ARR & Account Growth: Act as a trusted advisor and internal champion within client organizations — helping navigate complex corporate structures (e.g., different business units and compliance teams) to unlock new opportunities for deployment.
  • Guardian of Success: Work with Sales and prospects directly to build a “joint vision of success” that maps out what Success looks like post-sale, before we sign a contract. Work with the customer and Alinia’s internal teams to make sure we achieve this vision and continue mapping out further success and growth.
  • Rollout & Implementation Management: Lead cross-functional rollout plans for AI compliance infrastructure, coordinating with Alinia’s technical and product teams to ensure seamless integrations and measurable ROI.
  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain C-level relationships with clients in data, AI, compliance, risk, and technology functions. Represent Alinia in strategic steering committees and AI governance boards.
  • Value Realization & Reporting: Quantify and communicate the business and compliance impact of Alinia’s Guardrails — developing success frameworks, dashboards, and executive summaries for enterprise leadership.
  • Customer Advocacy: Capture client feedback and partner with product, engineering, and research teams to influence roadmap priorities aligned with enterprise needs.
  • Regional Expansion: Contribute to growing Alinia’s footprint across other major European financial institutions (e.g., CaixaBank, BBVA, etc.) and public sector entities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, customer success, or transformation programs in AI, data, or digital compliance domains.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale technology rollouts or digital transformation programs within Tier-1 financial institutions (Santander, Allianz, etc.).
  • Background in management consulting or enterprise AI program management is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR, etc.).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and credibility with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to bridge technical, business, and compliance conversations fluently — ideally bilingual in English and Spanish (Catalan or other EU languages a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.
