We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Rep (internally called Farm Coordinator) to join our expanding commercial team in the United States. As the Farm Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing relationships with farmers to generate grain origination opportunities in the form of grain sale offers from farmers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong results orientation, never give up mentality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • identifying and qualifying farms through outbound calls
  • obtaining grain offers
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Agro.Club CRM
  • achieving established targets and goals.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivated and energised to talk to 75-100 farmers every single day
  • demonstrable experience with outbound sales/cold calling/SDR
