Position: Recruiter

Location: Kansas City. MO

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of the organization's goals and culture.

Candidate Experience:

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application.

Job Postings:

  • Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
  • Optimize job postings for maximum visibility and reach.

Onboarding:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role in ag/trading space.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
