Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist at ABHI. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing customer support through various channels of communication. As a Customer Experience Specialist, responsible to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers and clients. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. (Hiring on immediate basis)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in customer service or related field
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
